The new Hybrid DTG print method combines water base screen printing with DTG fullcolor printing. This new print process removes the limitations of traditional DTG printing that require a pretreatment spray on the shirts as well as the need for high cotton content to have a lastingprint. The Digital Squeegee prints vivid full color prints on allfabrics including 100% polyester. This Hybrid DTg print method uses 3-4 screens using waterbase inks to create a base for the CMYK full color DTG print on any fabric, and finishes the print cycle with a clear coat overlay that protects the print from washing out as quickly as traditional DTG. Minimum of 48 pieces for this process due to the number of screens that must be made and the time it takes to set up each job. If you have less than 48 pieces, traditional DTG will be more cost effective as it requires no screens or set-up.
