3rd Generation Dye-sublimated 3 Layer Face Mask with Filter Pocket KSGMSK

    Polyester Dye-sublimated mask that includes a filter pocket to cover the mouth and nose and a reinforced tensioning system to make them the most comfortable and adaptable masks being offered. Hidden nose clip in between layers.

     

    Set-up - $50.00 (A). Pricing includes Fed Ex Interantional Priority air freight 5-6 day service to US Hub and then ground ships from closest terminal. Production is 10-12 days after proof approval and payment on orders of 2,500 or less. 15 day production on 5,000 to 10,000. Higher volumes inquire within.

    Inside Filter Pocket: Super soft 100% polyester quick-dry mesh cloth 140 gsm

    Shell fabric:  Outer layer antimicrobial fabric 95% polyester 5% spandex 220gsm

    Lining fabric: Super soft and 100% polyester quick-dry mesh cloth 140 gsm

    Binding Tape fabric: Interlock fabric 95% polyester 5% spandex 200 gsm

     

    Accessories:

    • Elastic rope / rubber adjustable buckles and plastic beads to aid in keeping a tight fit.
    • Hidden adjustable nose clip makes the upper rim of mask adjustable to conform closer to face and nose to help eliminate any air space.
    • Reinforced inside pocket with seams to prevent filter migration from mouth movement, keeping it in place.
    • Optional long life filtered air valve can be added
    • Double needle stitching throughout to insure a long life durability
    • Private Labeling available for added cost
    • Resealable mylar pouch bag 1 mask per package
    • Custom Packing available for retail for volume over 30,000 pieces.
    • Machine or hand wash as normal using mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low heat or air dries in about 15 minutes.
